When will you post my kit after I’ve placed my order?
We’ll dispatch your order to arrive in plenty of time for your BAKING DATE which is required when you place your order.
My son’s birthday isn’t until next month, when should I place my order?
It’s no problem to pre-order your cake kit. You’ll be asked to add a BAKING DATE when you place your order. Then we’ll send out your order according to that date, so that it arrives in plenty of time but is fresh for baking.
I need my kit in a rush, how will I know if it will get here on time?
If you are worried about your order arriving on time call us on 027 438 2253 to confirm before you order.
Can my parcel be left without signature?
Yes, you can choose Authority to Leave at checkout. Please make sure you have a safe place out of the sun and rain to leave the kit. You should also keep it out of reach from your pets!
In the interest of receiving your kit on time, we do advise that if you are not going to be home to have it sent to a business address if possible.
How do I arrange re-delivery if I am not home?
The Courier will leave a Card To Call with instructions of what to do in the event you are not home to receive your kit and to rearrange for delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number after dispatch so that you are able to track your orders progress.
Do you ship overseas?
We only ship within New Zealand. But customers in Australia can purchase from our Australian Website
What are your shipping terms and conditions?

Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel.



Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. Cake 2 The Rescue is not responsible for delivery delays following dispatch of your order. No damages or compensation will be due in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 10 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may then be cancelled and the buyer may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation. If you select “Authority to Leave”, we take no responsibility for condition of goods after they have been delivered without signature.
